What we do:

Field Supervision - of personal, internet and phone studies.

Coding & Editing - rigorous coding procedures and 100% lookup when cleaning data.

Data Entry/Processing - all data are punched in-house and 100% key verified by our staff. Data processing is done in-house using UNCLE software.

Tabulating - project staff tabulates data in-house.

INTERNET RESEARCH: we receive preferential rates from three major panels so as to best target the consumer or industrial markets on our clients' behalf. Samples can be national and/or international.

PERSONAL INTERVIEWING : We have long established relationships with field services across the country and internationally. Due to the large volume of personal interviewing we do, not only do we receive preferential rates, but the supervisors have become used to our stringent quality controls and interviewing requirements.

TELEPHONE INTERVIEWING : Surveys can be done by either CATI system or paper, and clients can monitor via remote hookup.
